To access a CAA Certificate, use the REGISTRY search tool on the home page. This search box, labeled “NCCAA Certified Professional REGISTRY - Use this tool to access a CAA Certificate,” is located next to the main image on the home page. Please note that some of the search criteria, such as City, State, Zip, and Employer, may be self-reported by the CAA, which could affect the accuracy of the search results. The most reliable way to find a Certificate is to enter either the First Name, Last Name, or both.

Please note: The names entered must be exact; if you enter a partial or incorrect name (e.g., entering "Joe" instead of "Joseph"), the search result will not display the CAA.
On the bottom left side of each certificate, you will see the date the CAA became certified (this date never changes) and the date the certification is valid through (this date is automatically updated when the CAA completes the mandatory CMEs every two years or the CDQ exam). The NCCAA does not provide a time stamp indicating when the certificate was downloaded by the employer. For information on adding a time stamp when printing or downloading the certificate, please refer to your printer manual or PDF download help files.
