Delete Your NCCAA App Account
You can permanently delete your NCCAA mobile app account and associated data. Please review the details below before proceeding.
- From within the app: Go to Edit Profile at the bottom of the main dashboard page and select Delete Account found in the upper right corner. This will permanently remove your app account and login credentials.
- If you cannot access the app: email contact@nccaa.org with the subject “Delete My NCCAA App Account.” We will verify your identity and process the request.
What We Delete
- App account profile and login credentials
- Device tokens and in-app preferences
- Files or data submitted through the mobile app interface (per our Privacy Policy)
What We May Retain
- Records required for compliance, accreditation, or legal obligations (e.g., certification status, historical CME credits kept as official records)
- Minimal audit/log data necessary for security and fraud prevention, kept only as long as permitted by policy and law
Timing
- Deletions are generally completed within 30 days
- Backups and disaster-recovery copies are overwritten on a normal cycle (up to 90 days)
